Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) seeks a Clinic Head Nurse to provide clinical leadership and supervision for a nursing unit in line with ARH policies and organization. The role includes coordinating care, assisting physicians, and ensuring patient education and insurance verifications are completed.

The position requires at least two years of nursing supervisory experience, an LPN credential, and strong leadership and communication skills to support nursing staff across ARH facilities.

Qualificações

• Two years of nursing supervisory experience required.
• LPN is required for this role.
• RN is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to supervise and support nursing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and provide clinical leadership for a nursing unit.
• Perform nursing procedures and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist physicians with procedures as needed.
• Coordinate patient education and insurance verifications.
• Schedule surgeries and ensure pre-operation work-ups.
• Develop staffing schedules and assign work accordingly.
• Maintain safety plans and OSHA compliance.
