Qualifications

Current non-limited nursing licensure in the state required.

Responsibilities

Manages the department through planning, organizing, and controlling activities.
Formulates and implements departmental objectives aligned with hospital goals.
Maintains standards, policies, and procedures for clinical nursing practice.
Supervises staffing, orientation, and in-service education; ensures licensure and certifications.
Oversees budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance; supports Total Quality Management.
