The incumbent will coordinate admissions/discharges, monitor staffing, and ensure policy-compliant, quality patient care. Strong clinical and team leadership required.

Qualificações

• Current RN license to practice in the state of employment.
• Must have BLS on hire or within 6 weeks and ACLS within 90 days.
• Registered nurse with hospital/unit leadership exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall direction and supervision of nursing staff on shift.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers; assign patient care responsibilities.
• Ensure patient assignments are appropriate and staff are supported.
• Monitor staffing to align with policy and cost-effective practices.
• Serve as Team Leader during Code situations and lead QA activities.
