Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as shift Nurse Manager and lead the nursing team on the unit. You will oversee patient assignments, coordinate admissions/discharges, and ensure safe, efficient care during your shift.

Responsibilities include directing staff, reviewing care plans, maintaining compliance with standards, and ensuring proper documentation. Active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state of employment.
• BLS certification at hire or within 6 weeks; ACLS within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department during shift; supervise staff and ensure appropriate patient assignments.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers; ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Review care plans; ensure compliance with hospital policies; manage equipment and supplies.
• Act as team leader in emergencies; ensure proper usage of Cerner, STAR, and Healthland where applicable.
