Qualifikationen

• Current, valid RN license required in the state of practice.
• BLS certification from an approved vendor required.
• ACLS certification from an approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
• One (1) year of medical/surgical hospital experience required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) for individual patients.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance by supporting nursing staff and ancillary personnel.
• Participate in the interdisciplinary review process and integrate information into the plan of care and education plan for assigned patients.
