• Provide non-diagnostic telephone assessment of patient symptoms using approved nursing guidelines.
• Determine urgency and necessary evaluation/referrals.
• Document interactions accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide health education to patients and facilitate access to services.
• Coordinate referrals to departments and follow up as needed.
• Train and support onsite and offsite staff with technical needs.
