• Provide patient education and pre/post-operative instructions.
• Triage patients needing to be seen and coordinate work-in appointments.
• Notify staff of work-in appointments and prepare/avail medical records.
• Maintain knowledge of physicians' standing orders.
• Direct hospital consults to the correct physician with complete information.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
