Job summary

Community Partners in Strafford County seeks an RN for Developmental Services to ensure health and safety of individuals served. You will train non-licensed staff in medication administration and coordinate healthcare, while contributing to QA reviews and audit preparation.

The role requires NH RN license, at least two years of nursing experience, and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to work across agency sites are essential.

Qualifications

Current NH RN license in good standing.
At least two years of nursing experience.
Experience in developmental disabilities and/or mental health is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to ensure health and safety of individuals served by Community Partners.
Provide training for non-licensed staff in the administration of medications.
Coordinate healthcare for clients and participate in quality assurance reviews at agency sites.
Assist in preparing for audits and certifications.

The Role:

As the RN for Developmental Services, you will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the health and safety of individuals served by Community Partners. You will provide training for non-licensed staff in the administration of medications and healthcare coordination for clients. In addition, you will be conducting quality assurance reviews at agency sites and helping to prepare for audits and certifications.

What we’re looking for:
