Job summary

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a Nursing Student to join our inpatient team as a Nurse Tech, supporting nursing staff and patient care assignments.

After competency evaluation, you may perform duties of a nursing assistant and other skills learned in your nursing program under supervision, with required BLS and successful completion of pre-employment assessment. This role offers exposure to diverse patient populations across Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics and more

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program and/or licensed CNA in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification is required.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under RN supervision.
• Communicate patient condition changes to the team.
• Participate in patient/family education as appropriate.
• Demonstrate competency with equipment under supervision.
