Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a nursing program or completed a nursing-related certification.
• CNA or PCT certification or registered for CNA exam.
• Recent direct patient care experience within 3 years.
• Completion or active status of a UAP training program with 100 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing/ancillary staff in transferring patients and delivering meals.
• Organize workload and handle multiple tasks with a tidy unit.
• Educate and train new Care Team Associate staff.
• Perform duties in routine and emergent situations as directed.
• Assist with patient positioning, hygiene, basic dressing changes, glucose checks, and specimen transport.
• Enter information into the bed-management system accurately and promptly.
• Respond to patient call lights and document vitals and measurements as directed.
• Complete department-specific duties as outlined.

CNA certification or exam registration
