Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE is seeking Night Nurse Techs to join our overnight care team. You will work with nurses to provide compassionate, hands‑on care for guests and residents during the night.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, assisting with meals, responding to call lights, documenting care, and following individualized plans to keep residents safe and comfortable. Nebraska CNA certification and Nursing Assistant training are required; excellent communication,

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA certification required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, assisted living, or a similar setting preferred.

Hillcrest Millard provides post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care in a modern, supportive environment focused on helping guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and feel comfortable and cared for.

What You’ll Do

As a Night Nurse Tech, you will work closely with nurses and other care team members to provide personalized support during the overnight hours.

You Will

• Provide quality personal care and daily living support for guests and residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, and other personal‑care needs.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to safely assist guests and residents with activities of daily living, transfers, mobility, and personal care.
• Must be able to perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout the shift.
• Must be flexible and calm when responding to guest, resident, family, or team needs.
• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced care environment.
• Must be able to utilize electronic documentation systems and other healthcare technology.
• Must follow established infection‑control, safety, and care procedures.
• Must be available to work an every‑other‑weekend rotation.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
