• BLS required at time of hire.
• Nursing student who has completed a basic clinical skills lab preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years hospital or long-term care experience within related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, collects and records information in the patient record.
• Transports patients and documents action in patient record.
• Assists with activities of daily living and positions patients for comfort.
• Inserts and removes gastric and urethral tubes and performs related care.
• Operates patient monitoring systems and performs bedside testing.
• Documents all care provided and posts results in the chart.
