Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Four or more years of recruitment experience is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employee interview techniques and applicable regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, match and place applicants to departmental vacancies to ensure qualified individuals are selected as University Health System employees.
• Develop sources of qualified health care professionals.
• Screen candidates to refer qualified prospects to department supervisors for final approval.
• Assist the Director of Recruitment and Employee Services with staff functions, projects and event coordination.
