Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of its contact center operations in Arizona and Texas. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Patient Care Coordinators, Team Leads, Supervisors, and other customer‑facing roles.

Ideal candidates have a track record of recruiting for high-volume call center environments and can build proactive pipelines while partnering with leaders to fill critical positions that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume call center, contact center, healthcare scheduling, or similar operational environments.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for contact center and customer-facing roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume hiring needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, professionalism, and culture fit.
• Partner with contact center leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring metrics in the ATS.
• Support hiring initiatives tied to expansion of Serenity's contact center operations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and local talent attraction as needed.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase speed and quality.
