Complete Care is seeking a dedicated clinical leader to join us as an RN Nurse Supervisor PM Shift. This PM shift full-time role oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care, and ensures high-quality outcomes in a resident-centered environment.

You will work with the DON and Administrator to maintain smooth operations and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, while fostering a supportive, family-like culture in Stoughton.

Competenze

• Experience: Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in long-term care or a hospital setting.
• Licensure: Must hold an active RN.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and computer proficiency are essential for success as an RN Nurse Supervisor PM Shift.

• Care Coordination: Assess resident needs, manage treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians, including working a cart when necessary.
• Leadership: Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including monitoring medication distribution and blood draws.
