Complete Care at Bayshore is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3p–11p shift. Earn $48–$50 per hour plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and join a dedicated nursing leadership team.

The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and coordinating with the nursing leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3p–11p shift.
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
• Conduct nursing rounds throughout the units.
• Monitor medication administration, blood draws, and other nursing care activities.
• Provide guidance and education to staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
