Job summary

Fiberhire is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor in Concord, NH to lead clinical care and staff across units in a resident-focused long-term care setting. You will oversee RNs, LPNs, LNAs, and LMNAs, ensure rounds and handoffs, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with 3+ years of clinical nursing experience and CPR certification. PCC systems experience is preferred, with growth and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory and/or direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise LPNs, LNAs, and LMNAs
• Conduct clinical rounds on assigned units
• Provide and receive shift reports from licensed staff
• Respond to emergency clinical situations and communicate with on-call leadership
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Assist with scheduling, admissions, and staffing as needed
• Investigate and report narcotic discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information
• Review and update care plans after changes in condition
• Lead or participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings
• Educate and support staff on nursing practices and regulatory standards

RN Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory and/or direct nursing care to residents

• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), and Licensed Medication Nursing Assistants (LMNAs)
