We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility team. The main responsibility is overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing leadership to nursing staff. Also should be responsible in creating a positive work culture that promotes mutual respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
