Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of Indiana.

• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Complete and file admission, transfer, and discharge records; transcribe orders.
• Maintain patient care records and charting with accuracy.
• Provide IV site care and general nursing procedures as required.
• Ensure safety rules and privacy of resident information are followed.
