Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff – RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor and assess resident care; provide clinical guidance.
• Train and mentor staff; support professional development.
• Communicate with families and physicians about care plans.
• Respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
