Riverside Health & Rehabilitation in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide strong leadership and direction of patient care. You will supervise licensed nurses and CNAs, deliver nursing care, collect patient data, and communicate observations.

Must hold an active RN license in good standing and have at least 1 year of supervisory nursing experience. CPR certification is required and reliable transportation is recommended.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. If you are a Registered Nurse Supervisor with strong leadership abilities, compassion for others, and a commitment to teamwork.

USD $39.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be CPR certified
• Reliable transportation required
