Job summary

Fundamental is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care. A $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires who start on or before 2026-11-17.

Shifts include every other week night coverage and a competitive wage of $45.00 per hour. The position requires an active RN license and supervisory experience, with CPR certification and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• CPR certified.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and CNAs on assigned shift while delivering nursing care to patients.
• Collect patient data, make observations and report pertinent information to the care of patients.

Posted Salary Range

USD $45.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
