Job summary

Crimson Heights Health & Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the nursing team on weekend and night shifts in Humble, TX.

You will supervise licensed nurses and CNAs, ensure high-quality patient care, and respond to emergencies. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must be CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Reliable transportation required

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. If you are a Registered Nurse Supervisor with strong leadership abilities, compassion for others, and a commitment to teamwork,
USD $36.00 - USD $42.00 /Hr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
