Job summary

Springdale Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership and direction of patient care on weekend shifts. You will supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, deliver direct nursing care, collect patient data, and communicate observations to the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in good standing with state.
• 1+ year of supervisory nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and CNAs on assigned shift and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information to care team.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, and Practice Guidelines.
• Demonstrate nursing judgment and respond appropriately to emergencies.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. If you are a Registered Nurse Supervisor with strong leadership abilities, compassion for others, and a commitment to teamwork.

Posted Salary Range

USD $37.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be CPR certified
• Reliable transportation required
