Job summary

Fundamental in South Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care. You will provide direct supervision over RNs and CNAs, while adhering to state practice acts and clinical guidelines.

Ideal candidates have an RN license, at least 1 year of supervisory nursing experience, CPR certification, and the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies. Strong teamwork and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Must be CPR certified.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. If you are a Registered Nurse Supervisor with strong leadership abilities, compassion for others, and a commitment to teamwork.

Posted Salary Range

USD $39.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
