Position: Nurse Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: SSH-West Allis

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise the clinical care being provided.
• Be responsible for safety, infection control, and quality of care issues on duty; assist with performance appraisals, mentoring staff during orientation, and handling disciplinary issues.
• Maximize management opportunities while on assigned shift.
• Effectively manage resources and promote a team-like atmosphere.
• Comply with educational requirements while promoting a climate of learning.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff members.
• Implement the staffing plan for your scheduled shift.
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
