Job summary

Fundamental in Cumberland, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff in delivering patient care with compassion and teamwork.

This full-time role includes supervising licensed nurses and CNAs, performing nursing duties, collecting data, and communicating findings under the Nurse Practice Act. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires starting by October 31, 2026; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and CNAs on assigned shift while delivering nursing care to patients.
• Collect patient data, make observations and report pertinent information to the care of patients.

Posted Salary Range

USD $31.50 - USD $40.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients

• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
