Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation Suites is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the nursing team on weekend shifts. You will provide leadership, supervise licensed nurses and CNAs, and participate in direct patient care as needed, ensuring high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time weekend role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM in Hutto, Texas. A valid RN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year supervisory experience are required; competitive benefits and

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provide positive leadership and direction of patient care. If you are a Registered Nurse Supervisor with strong leadership abilities, compassion for others, and a commitment to teamwork,

USD $40.00 - USD $44.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be CPR certifiedReliable transportation required
