Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a part-time RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure quality patient care. The role requires strong leadership, compassion, and teamwork, with weekend shifts.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for newly hired staff who start on or before 7/31/2026. The posted pay range is $39.00 to $41.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift while also delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.

Position Summary

The Nurse Supervisor works together with the nursing staff to provides positive leadership and direction of patient care. If you are a Registered Nurse with strong leadership abilities, compassion for others, and a commitment to teamwork.

Posted Salary Range

USD $39.00 - USD $41.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
