Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a Nurse Supervisor Residential and Bedside in Springfield, MA. This full-time role provides leadership, administrative oversight, and clinical support to nursing staff across residential programs, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The supervisor coordinates medical services and supports staff in daily clinical duties. The position requires an active MA LPN/RN license, experience with developmentally disabled adults preferred, and CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Massachusetts.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Administrative Oversight & Leadership for nursing staff.
• Direct Patient Care & Clinical responsibilities including medication administration and wound care.
• Monthly responsibilities: print sheets, audits, and MAR verification.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state/federal regulations.
