Arcadia-Ltc- is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to assist the Administrator and DON in planning, organizing, and ensuring quality improvement in the facility. The role reports to the DON and emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and hospital-level nursing leadership.

Responsibilities include reviewing admissions, EMR accuracy, charting, incident investigations, and coordinating care plan meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess an unencumbered Nursing License from the State of IL.
• Must have a minimum of 2-year experience in a hospital, nursing care facility.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role as a nurse.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Administrator and DON in planning, organizing, and ensuring quality improvement in the facility.
• Review on a daily basis the Dashboard and 24-hour report to assure compliance and accuracy of all documentation.
• Review all admissions and ensure EMR census accuracy and proper documentation.
• Oversee physician orders, MARs/TARs, and lab/x-ray entries for accuracy and timely notifications.
• Investigate incidents and accidents; ensure proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate care plans, attend plan meetings when asked, and participate in weekend administrative duties.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and ensure staff adherence to infection control policies.
