Arcadia Care is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards while delivering the highest quality resident care.

This leadership role oversees budgets, policies, and staff, promotes a warm, person-centered atmosphere, and drives continuous improvement under a Care without Compromise framework.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered LNHA license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory healthcare role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day facility operations in accordance with Federal, State, Local and Company guidelines.
• Oversee budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and personal interest while upholding the Care without Compromise standard.
