Job summary

City of Hope seeks a Nurse Supervisor for the South Pasadena Clinic to lead clinical operations across Medical and Surgical Oncology and Infusion. This exempt, full-time role supervises ~15 staff and blends administrative duties with direct patient care.

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Qualifications include a BSN/MSN, California RN license, BLS, and ANCC certification within 1 year. EPIC experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• RN with California license required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing required.
• Valid BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• ANCC certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists with performance evaluations and training.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Create staffing schedules and manage time cards.
• Oversee EPIC in-basket activities and responses.
• Provide staff support during busy periods.
• Attend meetings and drive continuous clinical improvements.
