Job summary

City of Hope in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, OP Supervisor to lead the Infusion/Medical Assistant team in Outpatient Care Centers. The supervisor will plan, lead, and coordinate activities to attain high-quality, safe patient care and efficient operations.

The successful candidate will oversee infusion nursing staff, ensure patient flow, collaborate with leadership on practice improvements, staffing, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Oncology Infusion.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Arizona RN License or a Compact State RN License.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Biotherapy Administration Provider card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Infusion and staff, ensuring efficient patient flow and safety.
• Lead and coordinate activities of Medical Assistants and Infusion team.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders on practice, staffing and training.
• Develop and monitor department KPIs and quality metrics.
• Apply lean thinking to improve departmental operations and patient care.
