City of Hope, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager for its West Covina and Glendora Clinics to oversee the nursing staff and enhance patient care. You will manage clinical quality and support staff development, aiming to impact the lives of patients battling cancer.

This role demands a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in infusion or oncology. A California RN license is required, alongside other certifications.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in infusion/oncology with progressive leadership growth.
• National Certification (ONCC preferred) to be acquired within 12 months of hire or transfer.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead nursing staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Oversee patient care in clinical services including Infusion, Medical Oncology, and Surgical Oncology.
• Implement clinical quality standards and ensure compliance with City of Hope's standards.
• Provide ongoing education and training for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless care delivery.
