PACS Group seeks a dedicated LPN/LVN to oversee nursing services in a long-term care facility in Texas. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with policies, and manage daily patient care activities on 12-hour shifts. Strong leadership and clinical skills are essential.

Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in Texas and CPR certification. Experience with PCC and good standing with the State Board of Nursing are preferred. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.
• Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English.

Mansioni

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with rules and guidelines for the facility.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures and nursing service manuals.
• Review and update nursing policies; plan shifts, services, and activities.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required; maintain accurate documentation.
