PACS Group in Houston, TX is seeking an LPN/LVN nurse supervisor to provide direct nursing care and oversee nursing assistants, ensuring adherence to regulations and high-quality resident care.

You will manage daily nursing operations, participate in quality assurance activities, review care plans, and ensure accurate charting and reporting. CPR certification and active license required; experience with PCC is a plus.

Competenze

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must have current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and guidelines.
• Ensure Nursing Service procedures manual is current and reflects daily practices.
• Complete accident/incident reports and maintain charting/documentation for residents.
