Qualifications

• LPN or LVN license required to practice in the state.
• Prior leadership experience in assisted living or healthcare settings preferred.
• Availability to be on-call as part of supervision duties.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day healthcare operations in the community to meet residents' needs.
• Ensures residents are treated with dignity and receive quality care as needs change.
• Oversee nursing staff, medication technicians and caregivers; provide training and schedule management.
• Coordinate medication training, audits and pharmacy-related supervision per Brookdale guidelines.
• Share on-call duties as required.
