Brookdale Senior Living in Monroe, NC is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the Assisted Living Community to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires on-call availability and a clinical leadership background within an assisted living setting.

Qualifications

Clinical leadership experience in an assisted living setting.
On-call availability required.
Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN to practice in state.

Responsibilities

Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met.
Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident's healthcare needs change.
Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may assume Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide roles to meet needs and staffing requirements.
Assists in supervising licensed nursing staff, med techs/CMA's, and Caregivers; provides ongoing training and schedules management.
Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and supervision; conducts medication skill checks and audits per Brookdale guidelines.
Shares on-call duties as required.
Education to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1-2 years relevant experience.
LPN or LVN license.
