Job summary

- Proven ability to ensure continuity of quality resident care across shifts.
- On-call availability to support community needs and emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day healthcare operations of the community.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and receive quality care.
- Oversee supervision of licensed nursing staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Provide training and education to caregivers, including in-services.
- Coordinate medication training, audits, and pharmacy-related activities.
- Share on-call duties as required.
