Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate LPN to join a skilled nursing facility leadership team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise aides to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification; English communication required.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate care outcomes.
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and infection control policies.
