Qualifications

• Knowledge of PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as per the care plan.
• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Complete charting and maintain medical records; communicate with physicians.
• Participate in quality assurance, safety, and interdisciplinary activities.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
