PACS Group is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations in a long‑term care facility. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure adherence to policies, and coordinate services and activities to maintain high standards of patient care.

You will lead documentation, charts, and discharge plans, participate in quality assurance, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, compliant care across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must maintain continuing education/licensing as required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures.
• Meet with the nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts, services, and activities.
• Maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
• Complete accident/incident reports and forward to the Director or Administrator.
• Lead quality assurance activities and participate in facility surveys as required.
• Oversee charting, documentation, and discharge planning processes.
• Ensure proper drug administration, safety, and adherence to stop orders.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel and maintain a warm, safe, and compliant unit.
