Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct nursing care of residents per standards and regulations.
• Attend/coordinate facility committee meetings as required.
• Perform daily rounds to ensure nursing staff meet standards and report issues.
• Develop and conduct in-service and orientation programs for nursing staff.
• Monitor medications, treatments, and documentation for accuracy.
• Develop written plans of care and ensure staff follow them.
