Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Must possess a current/valid CPR certification.
• Must be able to write, read, and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities for residents.
• Ensure nursing procedures follow facility standards and regulations.
• Attend committee meetings (infection control, QA, interdisciplinary).
• Conduct daily rounds and report issues to the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor medication passes, treatment schedules, and documentation.
• Develop and review resident care plans and ensure rights are upheld.
