PACS Group in Marysville, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty. The role emphasizes maintaining the highest standards of resident care in accordance with governing laws and facility policies.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and ADON/DON, help develop and update nursing policies, and participate in quality assurance and facility surveys to ensure the delivery of safe, compliant care to residents.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing day-to-day nursing activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures for the nursing service department.
• Ensure reference materials (PDRs, regulations, standards) are current and accessible.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual reflects day-to-day nursing procedures.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with established procedures.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on nursing operations as needed.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident care services.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program.
• Support completion of discharge plans and resident care planning.
• Meet with nursing staff and support personnel to plan services and activities.
