LAKELANDHILLS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities and ensure care standards during the tour of duty. The role requires adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and collaboration with the DON/ADON as applicable.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, maintaining policies, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, supervising admissions and discharges, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualificações

• Must possess an active RN license in the state.
• Must have a Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality care.
• Direct nursing staff in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Maintain and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Participate in quality assurance and regulatory surveys.
• Ensure timely reports and proper discharge planning.
