Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in South Dakota with no board violations.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervision of staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing and Lab staff at the Sioux Falls clinic.
• Coordinate schedules, leave, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Assist providers in clinical procedures and direct patient care as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Complete GPRA/UDS reporting and other required health program reports.
