• Three years of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; BLS is required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outpatient care areas in coordination with leadership.
• Schedule nursing staff to shifts, considering utilization trends.
• Implement the nursing process and care plan with outcomes in mind.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
