Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification to be obtained within one year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting within the last five years.
• Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse) with accountability for patient and staff results.

Responsibilities

• Guide nursing staff and implement clinical protocols.
• Serve as a liaison between administration and nursing management.
• Supervise nursing care provided during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and manage staff, including feedback and evaluations.
• Assume patient care as needed and build relationships with patients.

Skills

Current RN licensure required by state regulations

BLS certification

ACLS certification (within one year)

CRRN certification (within one year)

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred

Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting

Previous leadership role experience
